Capitalization range: $190 million to $11 billion
Styles: Core, Quantitative

Inception: October 2007

Product AUM at inception: $5 million
Product AUM as of June 30, 2010: $3.9 million
Minimum account size: $3 million

Universe: All Russell 3000® Index constituents between $1 billion and $11 billion plus any S&P 400 MidCap® Index constituents not otherwise included.

Restrictions/exclusions: None (Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) restrictions can be applied at client's request).
Liquidity Constraints: Liquidity would cause soft close at $2 billion and hard close at $5 billion

Parameters:
Return expectation: 2-4% over the benchmark per annum
Tracking error expected: <6% versus the benchmark

Cash limits <5%, target <1%

Sector limits: none, relative to benchmark
Industry limits: none, relative to benchmark
